The Safe Bars P.A.C.T. Initiative is a collaborative response to create safe and respectful workspaces with proactive measures to end gender-based harassment and other violence in the beverage industry.

Founding Team:

Craft Beer Professionals is a national network of 13K+ dedicated to the growth and betterment of the Craft Beer industry. CBP unifies and elevates the industry through educational content, peer-to-peer dialogue, and unique community events.

Dana Kaluzny, is a self-proclaimed "Double Entrepreneur". She is a Project Facilitator and Mentor, and the Co-Founder of Endswell Beer. She facilitates collaborative projects that are pleasurable (and not a pain in the ass). She has worked with over 15 different industries, including craft beer since 2008 bringing people together for change and transformation projects. Lady Justice Brewing was founded in 2014 to brew beer to make the world a better place. We dedicate time, space, and money to nonprofits and community partners that support and empower women and girls in the state of Colorado. That means every beer you enjoy is changing lives.
